It's not a script that helps you modify hero's stats or get 99999 golds, but rather allows you to change some 'rules' in game. You can find the script here:

Note 1: yes, it's STAT_DEFENCE with a capital C. Note 2: even by modifying your Move Points (or Mana Points) to something like 9999, it will only be filled up to max.You will only be able to travel as far as your hero can normally travel before you're empty again.

Install Cheat Engine. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process. Keep the list. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post. gameplayer.

These are 2 tools that can be used to edit the save file in Might and Magic VII, you can give gold, stats, exp, items, food, custom items, droped items (3do droped items) and the deathblade (test weapon). You can also give spells, edit hp etc. The advance tool is better and I have been told you can use it to edit the game it self.
